How much do you charge for shipping?

Prodesso always charges a flat rate for shipping. Merchandise totaling under $100.00 will have a shipping charge of $7.95 for regular ground to destinations in the continental United States. When your order totals $100.00 or more, there is no charge for regular ground shipping within the continental US.

For orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, we also charge a flat rate, which is $33.00. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping for any orders sent to Alaska or Hawaii.

You will have an opportunity to input a separate ship-to address if you desire. You will be advised of the shipping charge prior to the order being finalized. Since we have offices in Illinois, sales tax will be added to your total for orders shipping to destinations in Illinois.

How can I check on the status of my order?

Does Prodesso ship internationally?

Sorry, we ship only within the United States at this time.

How is my order sent?

Most orders are shipped via USPS.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship most orders within 3-4 weeks, and depending upon your distance from our shipping location, your order will arrive within one to five days of shipment.

Does Prodesso offer expedited shipping?

We do not offer expedited shipping as a normal course of business since the items do not ship for 3-4 weeks.  Should you desire second-day air or next-day air, keeping in mind the 3- to 4-week lead time, please contact us at info@prodesso.com. Or call us at: I-866-XKWISIT (959-4749)

How will I know when my order is shipped? Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive an order notification via e-mail when your credit card has been successfully processed. At the same time you receive your notification, your order request is sent to our order-processing department electronically. Your order will then be shipped within 3-4 weeks. You can e-mail us to request a tracking number. Shipments can be tracked by going to the carrier's website. It is suggested you print out this confirmation email or save it for future reference.
